1) Guarantees
All Discount Sign Letters come with a lifetime guarantee. We guarantee that our products will be free from defects for the life of the product, when installed at the original location.
We reserve the right to request return shipment of letters at the buyers expense.
2) Ordering
The safest, most secure, way to order sign letters is via online. All transactions are secured, unlike a fax, or phone.
3) Shipping
We ship via the least expensive method. This method will vary between UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
4) Errors/Omissions
Please check your email copy of your order immediately upon receipt. Once an order has been placed it immediately goes into production, and any errors need to be corrected ASAP to reduce additional charges.
5) Disclaimer
Prices displayed on our site are subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment. If it varies from what you were quoted online, we will contact you for approval.
7) Returns
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. It immediately goes into production. Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot reuse the letters. Most letters are either melted down and recycled, or thrown away.
As a service we offer a 25% refund on returned letters. Mounting Patterns, Painted Letters, Custom Paint Charges, logos, and paint matching fees are not refundable.
