Waterjet / Laser versus Router
On some products you will have the choice of cut method. We have the choice between waterjet, laser, and router. Cutting with a router is the fastest, most affordable method, but it does have some tradeoffs. The following image might help you decide.
You'll notice that the laser/waterjet, has a much tighter corner, as the diameter of the cutting edge is much smaller than the router.
